PROPERTY # 1 CALIFORNIA
LOCATION:
Northern California
TARGET:
Volcanogenic Massive Sulifides (VMS) and Exhalite.
GEOLOGY and MINERALIZATION:
There are three common rock types: quartz
(quartz-muscovite-graphite plus andalusite, kyanite and staurolite),
green schist, (chlorite-actinolite-albite-epidote), and serpentinite
(antigorite-magnetite-brucite).
Other rocks recognized are:
talc-magnasite schists, microgabbros, meta-ironstones
(stilpnomelane-garnetcroissite-magnatite) and blue schist. The blue
schist contains sodic amphibole (croissite or glaucophane), chlorite,
epidote, garnet, albite, and stilpnomelane. The mineral assemblages
suggest a high pressure upper greenschist to lower amphibolites
metamorphic grade.
There are approximately twenty drill holes in a
narrow volcanogenic massive sulfide (Au, Ag, Cu, and Pb). This strike
is approximately four miles in length.
The best drill intercept was a
10 foot section averaging:
0.193 oz. per ton Au, 4.038 oz. per ton Ag,
4.83% Cu and 3% Zn + 0.075% Pb, using a minimum five foot mining width
average.
Large portions of the property are available for
drilling. Reserves are estimated at 1.5 million tons of ore averaging
0.07 oz. Au, 2.5 oz Ag, 3.5% Cu and 3% Zn. In ground value in
1983 prices were based at $200 per ton.

PROPERTY # 2 OREGON
LOCATION:
Southwest Oregon
TARGET:
Volcanogenic Massive Sulfides (VMS) and Exhalite
GEOLOGY and MINERALIZATION:
The deposit occurs within a Triassic series of
meta-volcanic and meta-sedimentary rocks, with associated intrusive
dikes and sills. Meta-sedimentary rocks include slaty argillites and
siltstones, locally phyllitic to schistose, quartzite, chert,
conglomerate and interbedded lenses of limestone (marble). Base and
precious metal mineralization occurs throughout the meta-volcanic.
Known deposits include volcanogenic stra-bound semi-massive to massive
sulfide deposits, as well as numerous auriferous quartz veins and
shears. High purity limestone and pods of rhodonite are found
associated with the meta-sediments.
Sulfide mineralization occurs as disseminated to massive
sulfides in a silica exhalites. Numerous exhalites occur throughout the
drilled portion of the target, ranging in true thickness from less than
one foot to greater than fifty feet. The sulfides ( pyrite with minor
chalcopyrite and sphalerite) are extensively leached at the surface and
form a broad zone of limonite and gossan on the ridge above the deposit.
Previous work to the property consisted of geochemical,
airborne magnetic (mag) and Electro-magnetic (EM) surveys. In 1983
drilling intersected a five foot gold bearing horizon within a
silicified flow that assayed .23 oz. Au per ton at
175’-180’ in depth. Stringers of semi-massive to massive
sulfides assayed up to 1.8% Cu, as well as .23 oz per ton Au were cored
in the drill hole. A strong mag anomaly ( 3000’ X 1500’)
with corresponding strong EM anomalies within silicified and pyritized
volcanic flows and breccias have been found 2500’ north of the
drill hole. These anomalies correspond with the geochemical anomalies.
There are four explorations targets on this property.
